Welcome Home, Filmi Girl!

So... I had an amazing vacation and would like to give a big thank you to everyone who made my trip so wonderful! I'm ready to hit the town again next year, and am more than willing to organize a Bolly Blog trip so start saving your pennies!

Let me share a few videos with you!

First of all, there are approximately one million fairness cream ads on television and before films. Although perhaps a fairness cream wouldn't be so bad for my (now-peeling) sunburn, as the friend of some fairly dark skinned ladies, the idea just bothers me.

Much better is this ad for Coke starring Imran Khan and Kalki Koechlin!

Could they be more adorable?

And speaking of cute...

Is it even legal to be as cute as Juhi Pande?

Also, one of the killer performances (if slightly scatological) from the Poetry Slam I went to!

That's the fabulous Cara with a 'C'!

Tomorrow I'll try to get back on schedule with my gossip updates but for now... jet lagged and sun burnt and signing off!

Aww! Kalki's so sweet! If only she won the best newcomer award.

did you only go to the multiplex you mentioned? if you indeed return, you oughta go to a real cinema hall. if you're bold and/or have an escort, try one of the old theaters around grant road or a bhojpuri theater. (and/or catch the ddlj matinee at the maratha mandir. i go (nearly) every time i'm in mumbai.)

PS: I've never even heard of Juhi Pande before, but she is incredbily cuuute.
