Just because. Let's flail over Vidyut Jammwal.

Look, people. Can we all just agree that VIDYUT JAMMWAL is king of our hearts and if only some producer would take a chance on him in film made FOR HIM and not for the dipshit heroine that said producer is schtupping, he could kick some SERIOUS box office booty?

Seriously.

Now, let's all admire the photos Vidyut posted to his official Facebook and pretend that he's starring in some sort of martial arts-steampunk film in which he takes his shirt off a lot.

Dear FilmiGirl,
I really love your blog, but I must say recently I've been a bit disturbed by your frequent remarks about untalented model/actresses who "certainly have slept with a producer to get there".
While there are also untalented men who end up in movies, I don't see you making statements about their sex life... Why could it only happen with women? Because there are no gay producers who could promote actors they sleep with? Or because there can be no women with sufficient decisionary power to promote their own toy-boy? Or because an untalented model could not have any connection in the industry other than with a man with whom she sleeps?
I'm not saying the casting couch doesn't exist or isn't gender biased, but I feel this systematic assumption/joke about women just promotes this very stupid way of thinking that a woman's only resource is her vagina...

@Sunny I certainly respect your opinion and most of what I say is just in good fun BUT there are pretty strong rumors and blind items going around about Pooja Chopra. Even Rajeev "plays it safe" Masand has tipped her in his blind items.

I'll also say that I've heard a lot of stories I'm not at liberty to post in public that have made me VERY cynical about how these beauty queens get work.

Dang, the handlebar mustache makes Vidyut look like The Bad in The Good The Bad and The Ugy. Still unclear as to whether that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Note from Filmi Girl:

I love Bollywood - and all the ridiculous things that happen in Bollywood - but it doesn't mean that I can't occasionally make fun of various celebrities and films.

If you don't like my sense of humor, please just move on by - Trolls are not appreciated and nasty comments will be deleted.
