NEW TRAILER MONDAY! THREE NEW TRAILERS!

First we have Midnight's Children, which will be getting a US theatrical release. Based on the Salman Rushdie novel of the same name - and entertainingly code named with the most boring name they could think of while filming "Winds of Change" - it looks set to be as beautifully shot and acted one would expect a Deepa Mehta film to be. The film stars Rahul Bose, Siddharth, Soha Ali Khan, Shabana Azmi, Shriya Saran, and Anupam Kher.

Second, Bombay Talkies! This is the buzz-worthy project in Tinsel Town at the moment and it looks like it could be really good. Zoya Akhtar appears to be riffing on Ma Vie En Rose with Kat as womanly perfection incarnate. Fair enough. Karan Johar has Rani Mukerji in a bedroom drama. Yes, please. Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Dibakar Banerjee will be devastating. But, oddly enough, the one I'm most looking forward to is Anurag Kashyap's with The Big B. Musings on stardom courtesy Bollywood's biggest star.

Last but certainly not least... GO GOA GONE! From Raj & DK who brought us Shor and 99! Kunal Khemmu. KUNAL KHEMMU! Puja Gupta, who rocked my socks in F.A.L.T.U.. Comedian Vir Das. SAIF ALI KHAN AS A RUSSIAN ZOMBIE HUNTER. But, most importantly, Kunal Khemmu sprinkling some filmi magic over my movie screen.

Can't wait to see all three, but the Bombay Talkies trailer was quite elegant and it's the one I want to see most.

Midnight's Children looks like typical Oscar bait, but will probably be very good.

Go Goa Gone will be hilarious...Saif should only do villian or pseudo-villain roles from now on!

That one "Haan, Dilli se hoon, bhen****" line was enough to get REALLY excited about Go Goa Gone :D

Note from Filmi Girl:

I love Bollywood - and all the ridiculous things that happen in Bollywood - but it doesn't mean that I can't occasionally make fun of various celebrities and films.

If you don't like my sense of humor, please just move on by - Trolls are not appreciated and nasty comments will be deleted.
