Saturday Gossip!

Hellooooo world!

So, I tried out the legal
online streaming of F.A.L.T.U. and I should have my review of the film and the service up later today. English speakers be warned - there are NO subtitles. However, the plot is fairly simple and there is a lot of Hinglish so you may be fine.

MADHURI DIXIT! Now, who says she is asking for too much money to go back into films?

Now, time for gossip... most of which is World Cup related.

* Shiney Ahuja's transfer to prison is being delayed
by the World Cup.

*
Tanu Weds Manu turns out to be a World Cup success story!

*
Match screenings cockblock both new releases this weekend but even so, it seems FALTU has opened better than Game.

I like the end of the article:

So what’s in store for Abhishek if Game doesn’t pick up later this weekend?

Chances are the actor won’t be too worried, given that his next release, action movie
Dum Maaro Dum co-starring Deepika Padukone, is already generating interest.

A representative of a corporate production and distribution company, on condition of anonymity says, “Not only are the promos interesting, but the marketing plan is also in place and targeted appropriately. That seems to be a better bet for Abhishek to get back into commercial reckoning after flops like
Raavan, Khelein Hum Jee Jaan Sey and a very dicey Game.”

Why did that have to be anonymous? Is the "representative" Abhishek's secretary? Hee hee! I'm going to see
Game for Kangana, so I'll make up my own mind on how dicey it is.

* Speaking of
Game, Sarah Jane Dias found Kangana to be very professional on set.

* And Kangana is
excited to go to her sister's wedding - if you remember, her sister was scarred in an acid attack a few years ago. It's a really sad story, so I'm glad to see that Rangoli is getting married.

* Katrina Kaif picks a romance with SRK over
Dhoom 3.

* Soha Ali Khan realizes that nobody wants to see
real life couples on screen together.

*
Dabangg 2 won't be until 2012.

*
Sonu Sood understandably has difficulties taking on the Big B while filming Bbuddah.

Madhuri look gorgeous, as usual, but I'm not liking her photoshopped arms, they look too thin. Her arms don't look at all as they did on her recent appearances on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, right?

All the best!

Note from Filmi Girl:

I love Bollywood - and all the ridiculous things that happen in Bollywood - but it doesn't mean that I can't occasionally make fun of various celebrities and films.

If you don't like my sense of humor, please just move on by - Trolls are not appreciated and nasty comments will be deleted.
